Join Ayoe Ingemann Lai in a conversation about birthing and beyond. Ayoe is a Holistic Doula and Energy Healing Practitioner at Creating Great Health.
These online classes are free and will have a maximum of 10 people each, so everybody can feel comfortable and get a chance to ask questions.
Each session will be about 1 hour long.

Session 1: Prepare for birth – Comfort measures and knowing your options.
April 25th
Session 2: A Doula at your birth – How the presence of a doula can reduce interventions and shorten your birthing time.
May 2nd
Session 3: Breastfeeding – It is natural, how hard can it be?
May 9th
Session 4: Post-partum – Healing the mother and bonding with baby.
We will be using Hangouts for the events, so register by sending an email to Ayoe and she will send you an invite. It will be assumed that you will join every session unless you indicate otherwise.
